For individual clinicians and pharmacies, verification and onboarding typically completes in 2–5 business days, subject to registry and licence checks. For hospital groups and payers, the integration window is usually 4–8 weeks depending on existing HIS, EMR or claims systems and the depth of integration. Entering a new jurisdiction takes longer, because the regulatory module must be certified first. Enterprise rollouts get a dedicated solutions architect.
Zeeva is built natively on HL7 FHIR, with SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-11 and DICOM in the clinical core, and ISO 27001 as the security baseline. Regulatory coverage — HIPAA, GDPR and the European Health Data Space, India's DPDP Act and ABDM, and others — is implemented as a per-jurisdiction module. For clinicians, facilities and businesses, pricing varies by role, scale and depth of integration — typically per-seat or per-transaction with volume tiering, and adjusted to local purchasing power rather than converted from a single list price.
